Have heard that Rob Horton has been to the council to discuss a potential deal?? Anyone else heard anything?
Wouldn't surprise me if the council were getting involved with HFG appearing again.

A potential deal for what? Buying the club, sorting getting a better deal on the ground perhaps? Please enlighten us Jack.

All I have heard is he has took a proposal to the council regarding County and EP, and is supposedly confident the council are behind him.
Has anyone heard anything else?

Not heard anything Jack, but this may well explain Helen's out of the blue cryptic post the other day maybe ? The council would never be interested in owning us surely, and it would have to be a bloody good proposal to get them to have anything to do with the ground also. I just cant see see SMBC parting with a penny !

Could be to buy the Shares from the sports trust, could be anything at all but I can't see them being able to justify buying the ground or giving enabling land etc. You saw the moans that the loan caused with Council tax payers
