Would go with the turning the music off at 14:50. But would enjoy hi ho silver lining being ramped up as the players are about to come out.
The Bolton away game being an example where they played the Wanders as the players came out.

Some of our songs absolutely need to be sung slower than they are, and singing too fast is definitely the more likely scenario for most of our fans. But there are some that are jaunty, and definitely need singing with a bit of speed. That variety is good. Also, I'd love it if Ken, or whoever is responsible for the music at EP, knocks it on the head about 2.45/2.50 and then again about 5 minutes before 2nd half kick off (granted, more of a moveable feast and you'd have to guess a bit). Allow the crowd time to get their atmosphere going, and without being told what to sing. And without music right up to kick off. A lot don't join in at this point because there's no point trying to compete against the music. That 10-15 minutes is a perfect time to get the atmosphere off to a great start - people are stood up, there's no match yet to concentrate on, etc... Get them singing and there's a good chance they continue into the game and suddenly the atmosphere is great from the off. Instead of which play music right up to the first player touches the ball for kickoff and folk just think "sod it, I may as well sit down and shut up, there's no way I can compete against billion decibel chart/indie crap being belted out, may as well not bother singing". It baffles me and annoys me in equal measure. Good shout about turning music off at 2:50 Stop the announcements too, other than a final line up of us from Ken. The number of half time announcements needs trimming too. I get why we do it, and it seems a bit Scrooge to say some kid can't have his big day announced, but there's so many it's just background noise now. And that's before you get Bellis deafening everyone with his LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, swear he's about 100 decibels louder. I also agree with turning the music off about about 10 minutes before kick off. This allows a bit of Allez Allez Oh(or whatever), and then a big rendition of The Scarf, as the teams line up...dare I say it, but a bit like YNWA at Liverpool. (BTW - I do think The Scarf is sung too much at games, and should only be sung at the start and end of each half) Hopefully the new digital hoardings means that Kenny doesn't need to make as many announcements at HT.

You could just have arrows going clockwise around the pitch, then anticlockwise, then clockwise again. It’d be just as much help.

The correct pace at which these chants go. Clear Blue Skies:
Darren Ferguson's song: Ohhhh, Rodger Rodger (TBF we're not far off the right pace with this one) How wide, do you want the goal? Not singing any more

Don't want it too unique where a handful of people know the tune and the words and then it's not loud that way. I quite like how the Wrexham one is recored by a local band/artist (atleast that's what I think it is) and then played over the speakers and it has words that actually correlate to Wrexham I shouldn't like it but I do

Its a time i like a good natter about the first half but the noise makes it more difficult to do that. Just hope the scoreboard can actually avoid most of them. Also its a pity the SCAN presentations cannot be done either pre KO or somewhere else especially if its some family member of a long dead County player most of us has never heard of. Mind you when we go away all we get it loud music, and like all music one mans music is another mans loud din.

It’s Jeff Beck's but he never liked it so he wouldn't mind us having it, having said that every team with 4 syllables in their name sings it.

Is it bad across the whole of EP. Know it is in the Main as the ones near me seem to have problems getting through.

Think you,ll have fans who will be on your side in this like i,ll have em in mine. Age thing again i wonder.

Used to happen where i lived on the coast at hemsby looking out onto the sea. We got decent reception but our neighbour had to stand in the garden to get reception due to having a different provider.
