Agreed but it would be great to prove that he made a second trip - that would hang him. There's definitely more to this, no doubt. The man who saw him at a castle on April 12th has filed a complaint to Durham Police tonight. Apparently the car that was photographed there was registered to Cummings too. Boris has a lot of skeletons he's hiding in his closet with this guy though, so its unlikely he will ever fire him 🤦‍♂️

I reckon Cummings has dirt on many of the Tory cronies given his deviance towards social media etc and would be happy to throw them under a bus if he were dismissed. His book could be a best seller.

Rather, was at the end of first trip, when all recovered. However, would still be against the rules at that time I think.

He’ll have dirt on all the cabinet, that’s why they’re so quick to rally round. The 1922 committee he might not though, and if they decide he and Boris are more harm than good to their party they’ll have them both gone in a heartbeat.

Here's your big chance...

Yep a 60 mile round trip once he and his family were better at a time when we supposed to be staying close to home and only making essential trips. Boris completely ignored the question regarding it in the briefing today and admitted only “some” of the additional claims in the media was false so it’s pretty clear it happened and Bojo just wants to ignore it.

Odd bloke indeed. TBH it's only the lefty's who are getting into a lava about DC. If a man chooses to mess with his parents health by risking what he did and breaking the law in place at that time, he deserves to be charged / sanctioned officially by Police, the rest is of zero interest unless you love a lava mouthing moment like appears in this thread... The "lefties"' paper of record proving your point, there

I didn't vote Conservative, and never have, in over 35 years of voting. i wouldn't blame Tories for not bothering mind you, I can't see much hope of any worthwhile discussion on here.

Looks like Cummings’ final excuse is that is son has autism.
Even if true, the child will be used to spending plenty of time away from his parents who both have high-profile jobs, Wakefield said in her tale of Coronavirus woe that Cummings worked 16 hours most days. The son obviously spends a lot of time with either London-based nannies, friends or family so taking him out of his family home and up to Durham doesn’t make sense, autism or no autism.

Why not just self-isolate in London.
If both parents at the same time have symptoms that incapacitate them to the point neither can care for the boy, THEN seek to take appropriate measures for childcare.
But don't take it on yourself to travel hundreds of miles infecting anyone you may contact on the way, as some form of pre-emptive strike.
That's what any average person will have been told and will have had to abide by.

Indeed not, badger. Those who it was aimed at will know. We're not even 6 months in and it's time for them to own the consequences of their words and their actions. You're right that this is tricky one for them to talk away. An apology would do, provided it comes with the acknowledgement that they were wrong and that in fact it does matter if the people you are promoting, then celebrating, have a track record of massively lying and treating people with contempt. Those people have the right to remain silent, of course. The silence should not be forgotten though. This is not the playground. Voting has real world consequences. Either start owning that responsibility or do the next best thing and stop voting. (Note: I did not say who to vote for or against - just own your own vote. That's all. If you can't, perhaps that's a nudge for you to question whether you were right.)
