so i suppose in his own mind that everyone on benefits are skivers, massive TV owners, with the obligatory sky box and a nearly new people carrier to take their fat kids to school. there are a percentage of these around but he cannot get the simple realisation that the kids themselves had no chance of choosing their parents. a simple fact he has missed. if he wants a rant then he,d be better finding another subject.

There are more than just a handful of people with the same attitude, they "work hard" (and tweet every hour of the day saying how hard they are working) and seek redemption for their hatred of people who have "their" money or have had "their" money spent on them by reading the Daily Mail because no self respecting church should let them through the doors. It all comes down to money.

I think it’s more a case of what people know.
People aren’t resentful of some Eton educated spiv taking money from the government because they’ve never known/met anyone like that in real life and a sum like £15 million is so alien to daily existence to seem unreal. (Unless it’s earned by a working class footballer, preferably a black one, in which case it’s a disgrace)
On the other hand, ‘her down the road’ who you don’t like much, has 3 kids and never worked and gets ‘paid’ three quarters of your weekly wage is a much easier target, with much more visualisable (is that a word?) sums involved.

Mentioned the Tories disgracefully voting down Labour's free meal proposal in the office yesterday and got a barrage of abuse. Responses along the lines of "If you have kids, you should provide for them, blah, blah, blah", "My folks had nothing, but always made sure we got fed"....
People that are OK and comfortable and don't know how other people have to live.
Yet there is no anger directed at the Tories paying Serco £14bn to create a track and trace system on Excel, or that serial failure Dido Harding heading track and trace, with massive contracts being handed out to their mates - who've never made what was ordered (in some cases). And guess what Dido Harding's husband is appointed as? The United Kingdom Anti-Corruption Champion.
What hope do we have? And yet you raise any of this, you get thick (brexit voting) clowns screaming Diane Abbott at you. FFS

with much more visualisable (is that a word?) sums involved. Visible ? Viscousability?. As in "I was struck by M1chael Gove's complexion. His moisturiser clearly had added viscousability".

The following petition is a good one. It is calling for an end to public money being used to subsidise MPs food. t.co/xoR0q59h9T?amp=1
