Bumping this from last July! Just looked at tickets, there's probably only a few hundred left across the whole ground. If you're thinking of going, don't hang about. This will be sold out. was this a postponed game, genuinely can't even remember No, was scheduled for the Saturday when fixtures came out but was moved to the Friday night before the season evens tarted. |

I had to check that, but you're right (I wasn't doubting you!), Mansfield and Rochdale. Only five left after tonight, this season has flown by. |

I wasn't doubting him either but I also checked, we do have a Friday night and a Sunday though. I also checked, and saw 2 Saturday games, a Friday night, Easter Monday and 8th May bank holiday Monday... no Sunday? Has one been moved? I'm guessing it's the last game on the 8th? |

Why was the game moved to a friday night anyway. Tuesdays are bad enough travelling but fridays a nightmare. Great for those who live a walking distance from EP but not everyone is that lucky.

Went on too long when it was a regular thing anyway and served its purpose in another era. |

I reckon 92/3 was the last regular year, not later than the season after anyway. Crowds went up but we were also doing well so it’s hard to say really. You’ll need someone much older than me to say when Fridays started Regular Friday games in the 70s used to attract crowds of around 2000, even though thousands of City fans used to turn up just to help us out. |
