What if you can't remember how many away tickets you've bought...? Should I get counting or is there a purchase history option? I've been to 12 aways (including Grimsby and Tranmere, 13 if they're including Notts County) and just looked in my online account to see whether it tallys. It only goes back as far as Bradford...

That’ll only be on the front end that we see. It’ll all be recorded on the database, we just don’t see that far back.

Oh yeah I've no doubt it'll all be recorded, I was more wondering what the point of the 'orders' tab was when it doesn't show your entire order history for the season.

Such a simple thing for their dev team to add some pagination to go further back too!

Will this infallible ticketing system know who’s bought 10+ or 5+ and correctly allocate their account to the appropriate window?
Call me sceptical….

Also am I reading too much into the use of away games "attended" rather than tickets bought. Presumably there's no way for the club to distinguish? For Doncaster, I bought a ticket but couldn't go last min. due to work. Grimsby may be the same. I think you will be in the clear, I dont think the club would or could actually check if the ticket was actually used. Even if the away club had a scanning system in place, it would break data protection laws if the away club handed the data over to County.

Bring back the season ticket book and voucher A, B, C etc. Not the same these days, queuing up at 9am on a Sunday morning and that old fella who had Sat in his deckchair at the front of the queue since 5pm Saturday night.😀

Will this infallible ticketing system know who’s bought 10+ or 5+ and correctly allocate their account to the appropriate window? Call me sceptical…. no and there's a few problems with it. 1 - You may of paid/gone to 10+ games but if you bought during a general sale then the club will have no recognition of it being linked to you're account - especially if you paid over the phone or at the ticket office. 2 - for accounts that have more than 1 season ticket on it, how will that work if 1 out 3 tickets has been to 10+ games but the other 2 people haven't. It's the same account but will they get priority. I'm not too sure but isn't it only 1 payment per account so how does that work for someone in the 5 game bracket after the 10 game one. I like the idea of this as someone who doesn't think we should have a loyalty system but it's something that needed to be explained alot earlier. 1 day before they go on sale for the 10+ game attenders is abit too soon. Also it's hard enough buying tickets sometimes due to the club being poor and releasing them in blocks instead of putting all the tickets on at once. Okay shouldn't be a problem for Salford as we should hopefully just put the 1k+ on at once and same for the 900 or so at Wrexham (which depending on circumstances could be a bubble game - only able to go by club coach) It won't affect me as every ticket I've paid for was during the season ticket window and me and my dad have always been together so we've attended the same amount but 100% know that there will be others in some of the situations I mentioned and there's probably more problems that haven't been mentioned I bought an additional ticket for Doncaster via General Sale online and it asked me to log into my account before purchase and the purchase shows on my Order History, so I don't think that's quite right.

If you buy via general sale, online or at the ticket office, they ask you for an email address/account and they assign it to you that way.

There’s no way Wrexham will be a bubble game either.
They’re reserved for the most hostile derbies.
Blackburn v Burnley might be one, Cardiff v Swansea, Southampton v Portsmouth. That’s about it. Not even Sunderland v Newcastle is any more so there’s zero chance us v Wrexham will be.

Have previously bought multiple tickets on my account for mates, if we'd known this system was a potentiality I'd have suggested they buy their own so it'd show on their accounts

Personally don't think we need a loyalty system. I disagree and I say that as someone who hasn't been to a single away game this season - yet (I acutally bought a ticket to Gillingham the other day). The reason being that people who go to every single away game need to be protected. These people are our life blood and County is their life blood - the thought that someone who has been to every single away game for years and years doesn't get a ticket for Wrexham is horrific. To these people County is their life and they've earned the right to go to every single away game they want to.

There’s no way Wrexham will be a bubble game either. What is a bubble game exactly? Match ticket only available when purchased alongside official travel. Everyone gets on a bus at EP, straight to the Racecourse (no pub), match and then straight back to EP. All has to be booked as a package with no way of purchasing the individual elements separately. But as has already been pointed out, it's highly unlikely that will happen.
