It's about time Mark Stott held the members of the Exec/Leadership Team who are responsible for ticketing to task for this shambles, it has been a problem for a while now and they've just sleepwalked through one IT glitch to another. I'm sure with so many service failures we'd be entitled to walk away by now, even if they managed it manually until a better solution is found it'd be an improvement. olivia hanvey (head of ticketing) is desperate to get out of the deal - they are trying Maybe Olivia's boss needs to intervene then.

it definitely was. I wasn’t hallucinating. I joined a queue twice. Disagree all you like just because you didn’t see it. But it bloody well was. Wasn't for me. As I say, I had tickets purchased by 10:01 and an email receipt by 10:03. Didn't have to join a queue at any point. I had to join several queues which ended up with me getting kicked out one way or the other. When it eventually let me on after the initial email from County it was straight through with no queue. Bought tickets and have received email confirmation from club in the usual way.

Obviously I haven't seen it and don't know any of the details but think we're locked into it until it ends, whenever that is. Would imagine Simkin or Vaughan signed it up as Future defo came post-takeover, we used Eventbrite in 19/20.

I feel a bit for the club actually. They get jack shit out of selling an item for a competitor and all they are doing is giving a service to fans for no return. Agree with those not satisfied but still wonder why County have to have the bother with all this when the home club could easily sell them to us paper and digital ones as well.

We must have a strong enough legal department these days to challenge the constant failures, I'm sure the club could do without the grief involved. It doesn't bode well for this season does it.

You are correct, but i,m sure at one time we had to purchase them from the away club as i,m sure i did that for a fylde away game.

so what does that mean.. you can buy them if you go to the ground? If you're an OAP or don't have a job, you're at the front of the queue.
Basically works the same as the NHS.

Would be quite shocking if the club post Stott signed a contract for such a service without having some sort of service level agreement in place, and if there is one and it hasn’t fallen below that level already then its bizarre

I'd like to praise the club and Future Ticketing for taking into account that I was on a night shift last night, forgot about Blackpool tickets and then slept through them going on sale this morning. Friday is far more convenient for me so it's really nice that they have taken my situation into consideration. Well done guys!
