So the ticket office just said they aren't on sale yet people are buying them and getting through on the queue system? What on earth is going on.

TICKETS SUSPENDED TILL FRIDAY WE ARE TRYING TO GET AWAY FROM FUTURE TICKETING JUST SHORT OF 4K FOR BLACKPOOL IN TOTAL PEOPLE AT THE GROUND WILL GET PRIORITY COME FROM HEAD TICKET PERSON AT GROUND so what does that mean.. you can buy them if you go to the ground? nope just details being taken and then have to come back on friday

Well still getting sales closed on phone. But in the queue with 172 ahead of me and 7 minute wait on work laptop. Hmm... Well, got to the front of the queue on my work laptop - a device and browser I have NEVER used to buy County tickets, and got... "Online Sales Closed" !! f*cking joke.

If you're an OAP or don't have a job, you're at the front of the queue.
Basically works the same as the NHS.

It wasn't. I had my tickets bought within 35 seconds of them going on sale and there was defo no queue. Didn't even see any other dots disappearing. it definitely was. I wasn’t hallucinating. I joined a queue twice. Disagree all you like just because you didn’t see it. But it bloody well was. Wasn't for me. As I say, I had tickets purchased by 10:01 and an email receipt by 10:03. Didn't have to join a queue at any point.

I've nothing new to add, other than my voice to the howls of frustration. Had a 502 message on one browser at 10am, refreshing on another browser failed to bring up the Blackpool game at all, then when I managed to get beyond that I got queued, then when I got through that I got as far as putting in the ST code, at which point it fell over. I tried again at about 11.10, sat in the queue for about 15 mins and then got the same 'Online Sales Closed' Imposter mentioned.
In short: a bag of wank. Again.

It's about time Mark Stott held the members of the Exec/Leadership Team who are responsible for ticketing to task for this shambles, it has been a problem for a while now and they've just sleepwalked through one IT glitch to another.
I'm sure with so many service failures we'd be entitled to walk away by now, even if they managed it manually until a better solution is found it'd be an improvement.
