Not quite sure what that gif is all about but looks great. New Floodlights too? Can’t remember if the pylons are visible from the angle of that gif/render. I think they have just been omitted from the gif as has the support frame for the roof. Hopefully this will be painted blue rather than the red it currently is. It looks amazing and such a massive improvement! |

Went to the ground today to get the refund for the Chesterfield tickets, the cladding is looking good so far!
No idea if this interests anyone or I'm alone in my ignorance in that line of work but looks like they're laying down insulation before the cladding - good job looking after the heating bills Mr Stott!

It’s the little things that count You might have to contact the club mate, I couldn't find mine about a month or two back so I emailed Zahra (?) and it turned out it 'fell off'! In the end there were a bunch of them that required re-gluing back on or something. I think some also broke so they were looking into replacing them. |

Outside of the Main Stand on Hardcastle Rd has been given a lick of paint too 👍🏻 It’s important that the façade is taken good care of. It’s synonymous with what EP is. I think the relatively naff signage/windows etc. can all be improved, and a new roof would be a nice addition, but the façade itself should be kept just as it is. These small details all point to a good overall picture though - as individual fans, we all might disagree with one aesthetic or another, but it shows a sense of care which has been lacking for a while. I think I mentioned above that, having watched the Curzon game the other day, and obviously not being able to go to EP for a good six or seven months now, lots of it has really started to look its age cosmetically. The lack of any substantive work for twenty years or more means what’s being done now is long overdue: but it’s to the new regime’s credit that they’re cracking on and getting it done in a way previous management couldn’t or wouldn’t make happen. |

Exactly that. We were just existing and as the ground goes were relying on volunteers to clean and paint the ground up.

Still seen a few divs moaning about it already. just do not get these people. first impressions really count. imagine you are a player that jim wants to sign. they drive into the car park and see the new frontage. they must be really impressed for a start and its one step closer to actually signing the player who maybe looking for an excuse to sign and not one not to sign. |
