National League clubs have until Monday to vote on the following proposal to end the season
- Places decided by PPG - 1st place promoted - Play offs in NL but not NLN or NLS - 24th in NL relegated - no relegation in NLN or NLS!

It’s just ridiculous now and needs sorting.
We won’t make the play offs I’m 99.99% certain of that so just put us out of our misery so we can concentrate on next season.

So would that mean only one promoted from NLN/S each? No promotion for York/relegation for Fylde?

One of Conference North & South would run a team short whenever leagues resume.

What's the alternative if the clubs vote it down?

Kings Lynn & Wealdstone would come up Ugh Wealdstone. At least it’s a localish game for me. I haven’t looked at the Conference South in a while. There are a few clubs Id rather come up than Wealdstone.

What's the alternative if the clubs vote it down? They probably haven’t thought that far ahead

I'll be gutted if Fylde don't go down! *Edit - just realised 2 will come up from NLN/NLS but hope the NL find a way of sending Fylde down regardless

To be fair* I think they could been sitting on this until the FL decided if there would be spaces up for grabs through relegation. Although the decision-making process in the NL seems to move with the speed and agility of Barry Conlon after a full-on afternoon sesh.
* the way they've handled things so far gives no reason for us to be fair

Mainly because I don't think it'll happen again and it also means Tom Walker will be unlikely to leave.

Didn't Haythorntwat make it clear he wasn't going to keep bankrolling them, irrespective of staying up or not? Even if they stay up I'm not sure he'll gamble again on promotion or nothing
