Am I the only one worried about today? They're a better team than their recent results. They're a tough team to face because of Denton. I don't think they have much else. Keep him quiet and we win. The big advantage we have is our manager compared to theirs. Jim always seems to get us performing better when we play a team more than once within a short period of time. I feel quietly confident, but Denton can score against anyone and anything can happen in football.

Am I the only one worried about today? They're a better team than their recent results. You're not alone at all, there were times in the league game when they exerted quite a bit of pressure on us and that lamp post of theirs is always capable of knocking one in. Add the fact that they'll be smarting after us beating them so recently and I'd say it's far from being a certain victory for us.

Glad we’re putting full strength out. Great opportunity to progress and get a decent draw on Monday. Tbh, I’d want to avoid the likes of Hull, Sunderland etc and get a low ranked team at home and progress as far as we can. now there is no gate receipts to bother about i just wonder what the majority might want out of the cup this season. bye pass all the bigger clubs and go as far as we can to create another record for a non league club, get to round 3 with any premier league club or in my league of nothing but league games for promotion. There are gate receipts, or at least streaming receipts which amount to the same thing.
The third option there is a bit baffling. We have a big enough squad and budget to compete on more than one front.

Anyone else not really arsed about today?
Just feel like a cup run is a bit pointless without fans. At least with the league we are building towards a future with fans so anything we do now will benefit us when we can return.
Really doubt there will be any point that we’re in the cup where fans will be back. Even if we got to the last 8.
Also feels like it would a waste if we did gave a big run right now.
Obviously I want us to win as it grows confidence in the team and it’s great for the club but the whole cup thing I can do without this season

Any commentary for today? Unlikely, we aren’t doing commentaries and not letting the opposition to do so.

The F.A. trophy however. i couldn't give two figs about & never have since dropping out of the league, however we have a decent sized squad so the more competitions we're involved in gives us the chance to involve more of the squad.

JJ and Kitching out with knocks 😬 Thomas and Reid in for C.Jennings and Kitching. Presumably Minihan or Thomas playing LWB.

JJ and Kitching out with knocks 😬 Unfortunate to lose both left sided players. Presume these are training injuries as don't remember Kitching getting injured last week?
