He may have been there in an official role, but by coincidence he is also a fan... similar to any of the other people in the directors box or the stewards or whoever was being a ball boy....is this really an issue? Yes, it is an issue IMO. No fans are allowed, yet a fan has attended. How does a Season Ticket holder feel about that? Hes life president isn't he, don't see point of having a go at him for attending a game far bigger things to worry about, guy who goes above and beyond with work with HTH and probably at detriment to his own health too cos he not the type to take a step back and a break when he perhaps should Got no qualms about him being there plus I found his audible "dont make it a federal case ref" funny after minihan altercation Good luck to him

Bell for Bennett has nonly made us worse each time it has happened in the regular season. Think we’ll be seeing a Bell upgrade sooner rather than later. He wasn’t trusted tonight. I think you're spot on, though it pains me to say it as he's a young lad and I want every County player to do well. It's too early to rule Bell out completely, but his hold-up and link-up is nowhere near Bennett's level. He would have offered something different and possibly grabbed a goal, but chances are we would have defended deep and they would have had 10 mins+ of sustained pressure. I think the timing of Gannon's sub says an awful lot, especially when Bennett was clearly tired and we were looking for a goal. I'd have liked to have seen the Jennings/MSH 10 mins earlier though as I think he can offer something and we needed some fresh legs. Overall, I'll join the chorus and say that this was a good point, against a good side, particularly with 6 injuries and very few options on the bench. It's a shame we couldn't capitalise in the first half, but overall a draw was probably a fair result. He’s 24 in January. I think he should be further on in his development now than he is. I think the club growing so quickly may leave him behind. Shown glimpses of his capability but the fact we’re his eigth club already (including loans) suggests he’s going to be as terribly inconsistent as he’s shown over the last two and a half years. Ash Palmer has a strike rate of one in nine with County and I expect Nyal is similar although not got the facts to back that up. I’ll back him to the hilt whilst he wears our shirt but I think we’ll part company during or at the end of this season at the latest. Come on Nyal mate, prove me wrong!!!

Anyway... I think we need another forward in. Jennings may come good, he may not. Is there a reason why he left Tranmere? Bell doesn't appear to be pushing for a start or even looking like getting on. Bennett and Reid also looked knackered by 70 mins. So we could do with another option up there IMHO. Need Jordan Williams back can play up top or across final third, but still need out and out poacher be nice

I’d like to see a little pest of a striker with an eye for goal. Lots to like about Bennett and Reid as long as goals can come from elsewhere. C Jennings not cutting the mustard for me so far.

I am a ST holder and don't give a toss that JF was in the ground tonight, similar to how I don't give a toss that some guy from The Coral was in the ground either. FFS... do you just like to find trouble over anything?

Unpopular opinion - I quite liked the co-commentator and thought he was knowledgeable about the game with his coaching background. A bit unprofessional at times, but I quite liked that alongside JK who is a consummate pro. Agree, he wasn’t as bad as people made out. It’s difficult I imagine to get a really good co-commentator in. They are generally people who have played the game, but getting that and somebody confident on the Mic is quite difficult (e.g. Chris Ridgway speaks well but obviously no playing experience). I quite liked that the guy tonight wasn’t a County fan, so said it as he saw it without much knowledge of the players.

He was alright. It was less hyper than usual. Get an ex player in for it. Local ones etc. Makes sense.

I said a couple of weeks ago that we dont seem to take advantage of all the corners we win.Ash has not yet scored from one and I am surprised Jim hasnt had them practising in training. I’m surprised you think we haven’t practised corners.

We were desperately short of energy in last 20 minutes. Can’t understand why didn’t make subs sooner. Was no reason to settle for a point so early. I agree Fitzy shouldn’t be there. He isn’t a media type as Hedley was saying I think after all the time, effort & money he's put into the club over the years he's supported the side & what he's been through personally the last year or so I won't begrudge him getting in to see a game Hang on most of us if not all of us have had some shitty times and put money into the club. There should be no favouritism.

The number of corners we've got on the end of and had cleared off the line/ saved by the keeper would suggest that we definitely have... we're very unfortunate not to have bagged from one yet!

I’m surprised you think we haven’t practised corners. I am almost 100% sure we have been practising them. We caused havoc and nearly scored from two of them. Having said that, we did have a dozen or more. It will come.

I’d imagine he’s almost certainly there as Club Ambassador, which is an official position. I’m okay with it and people need to stop being touchy. its an issue that should be just put to bed and forgotton about. if its the only thing we have to moan about regarding County then things aint that bad. some fans i,m afraid are getting short memories and have forgotton the shit shows of the recent past.

thats 6 games 13 points. one point more than i would have settled for. always go on these 6 game thing where a regular 2 points a game will see us promoted. with a squad our size and the calibre of player we have i cannot see us having a real bad spell like seasons before. on top of this there is always the chance of further player recruitment if someone really doed not fit the bill.

Reflection from the morning after, I think 0-0 is a fair result although we probably had the best chances Solihull were in the ascendancy in the last 20mins.
We can argue we were without a few regular starters but I think so were Solihull.
With 4 losses in the past 5, we really should be looking to bag a few against Weymouth.
