This thread is mainly america sports (personally have 0 interest in) and then the odd darts isn't it? I mainly just come on this thread to clear it as I don't like to see anything unopened but some times I'll have a quick scan just incase "a madness" has happened

Mainly American football at the moment as it's the very end of the season and only the final three games left.
After that, pretty much no NFL talk until around September I'd expect.

Though I only like NFL from a US perspective, and have zero interest in some more British sports (Rugby, Cricket) but like others (Athletics, Darts, Tennis), so probably easier to have this one thread (or it would need a thread for each sport).

NFL Conference game predictions anyone Ravens beat Chiefs in a defensive struggle. Think Mahomes experience in these sorts of games will make it a good bit closer than some are expecting, but ultimately the Ravens defence will be too good for the ropey bunch of receivers and Kelce on the downward slope. Can see Jackson underperforming to regenerate the 'can't do it in a big game' narrative, but it'll have been an excellent game from the KC defence that will have caused it. Lions shock 49ers. Detroit know the only way they can win this is by going full gambler with lots of 4th & medium type stuff going on, and Shanahan is notorious for going too conservative in a big game. If some of Detroit's early gambles come off, and get a bit of scoreboard pressure, and Deebo doesn't hold up for a full game, that's a potential victory right there. (of course, the other option of the Detroit gambles failing, leaving 49ers up 21 after 25 minutes and game over wouldn't be a surprise either if I want to get back on the fence) I pretty much agree with your assessment. I'm also swayed by what I'd *like* to see, which is 1. the Chiefs losing and 2. Lamar v Jared in the Super Bowl. In particular, I'd love to see the Lions make it.

Well, I've got little interest in darts or boxing, for example, so I just scroll by. I would not be averse to a division, though.

At a pinch, I’ll accept Weird Snooker and Peculiar Bowls being lumped in with it.

Hamilton to Ferrari in 2025.
A real shock, i thought he would have packed up as he will be 40 then, must be a mega money deal.

Tyson Fury v Usyk on February 17th is now off due to Fury getting a bad cut in sparring today. How strange. So, if you're not feeling up for it, or you've put a few pounds too many on and struggling to shake them off, you can just say "cut in sparring" and cancel the fight. Weird sport.

Absolutely gutted about the Fury/Usyk fight being off but at least it's a genuine postponement, nasty looking cut.
Decent domestic scrap tonight Buatsi vs. Azeez with some good upcoming talent on the undercard in Ben Whittaker & Adam Azim, 2 very exciting British fighters who look destined for great things,
