We haven't though. You should see Wrexham's. 20 registered players including a 17 year old and one not back until Christmas. So really 18 players. 3 GKs (one a kid). Then 6 U21s. So 27 players (13 fit outfielders currently). Our injury situation means no one is surplus to requirements. If everyone was fit, Powell would be one to move on potentially (mainly for the cost/benefit of his wage) then loans for Stretton and Rydel to regain form and fitness. Both of the latter 2 aren't fit yet and if they were would make the bench. The BSM minutes will hopefully come at a good time and if necessary we can sort NL loans after the window. And Wrexham have added another striker already today buying West Broms Mo Faal for 500k!! He sounds like a really spicy addition to their front line. Hopefully he curries favour with Parkinson. etc etc

Anyone wanting/expecting powell to go.
Tanto has posted on Instagram a video of him trying to dye his hair and get rid of a few grey ones. Stretton and metcalfe also in the video

Stretton and metcalfe also in the video Hahaha, saw that and knew you’d put something about it on here. Maybe he’s getting rid of the greys so he looks better in his new signing photo at his new club? Who knows.

Stretton and metcalfe also in the video Whether he goes or not, there’s no chance he’ll play for us again. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s still with us come the deadline but I’d expect some sort of agreement at some point in the future.

If he's our player come the deadline, surely it's better to keep him until Jan (at least) rather than just pay him off. You'd think he's downed tools or had a shocker of a first season - it wasn't the heights hoped but he certainly contributed and had good games. He adds to the squad and there's a decent chance he could be on the bench for Mansfield. He deserves a chance to prove himself with us in L1 and our new style and playing alongside Bate/Norwood/Camps could suit him.

If he's still here after 11pm tonight, surely we can't afford to have him not kick a ball for us.

Some serious big spenders in our division! Very happy with our business as it is though.

Heard from a couple of different sources that he’s very much persona non grata and the expectation is that he’ll never play for us again. Whether the club are happy to keep paying him for two years is another matter. I’d be very surprised to see him on the bench tomorrow, put it that way.

If he had gone somewhere for 250k it does not make him half as good a player.

Well that's different if something has gone on behind the scenes. I hope not as that would make him even trickier to offload (presuming he's on his way out). Paying him off would make sense if there's no chance he plays for us again.
