Wootton for me. Strong competition from Camps, Bate and Barry. be shocked if barry doesn't win it but Wootton or camps for me I think he may win this one.

I've been very critical of Camps since joining, would've happily seen him leave in the summer. This season, absolutely class and I've voted for him. He's been brilliant since the start of the year, not just this season imo.

Camps turnaround started last season, it's been great to see. I too doubted him for a long time. Absolutely loving the way he's playing now. Also good to see Wootton getting praise for his contribution so far. It's not just about goals with Wootton it's the hard work he puts in for the benefit of his team mates team. He's been fantastic so far.

Wootts for me. Was my MOTM against Cambridge and Blackpool without a doubt and in with a shout against Bristol. Camps has been excellent too but Wootts has been another level. I didn’t see Mansfield. His "weakest" game of the 4 and he still scored. For me, we would have had a better chance of winning it if we had utilised him more vs Mansfield. I can't argue that Camps has been excellent though - particularly off the ball which makes a huge difference.

Pye for me... took to League One like a duck to water and only conceded 1 goal, which certainly wasn't his fault. Hats off to all our other Champions who have also made the step up look so easy so far.

You could choose anyone in the squad who has played for that award. Every one of them have played well and we haven,t carried anybody and guess some would not have been automatic choices either if it wasn,t for the injuries.

Second half of last season he started getting better and this season he has been terrific. I do wonder how much is playing with much better, technical players in midfield with him - Bates/Norwood.

I agree Camps’s form improved after the festive period. We are in the lucky position of being able to perm any two from three in Camps/Bate/Norwood.
Obviously Norwood at his age will need his minutes being managed, but we can also avoid overloading the other two. They could also form a very good midfield three with the pace of Tanto, Barry and Fevs/Diamond up front.

Anyone heard anything about Mangan going Madrid? Someone just messaged me saying it’s fallen through.

Anyone heard anything about Mangan going Madrid? Someone just messaged me saying it’s fallen through. Work permit apparently. Possibly the first benefit of Brexit?

I wonder if he is able to get himself an Irish passport like Jude Bellingham?

I wonder if he is able to get himself an Irish passport like Jude Bellingham? An interesting (albeit 15 years ago) bit of background on him highlighted in the Twitter comments.
