Some good views of some of Killip's saves in the first half. He really was outstanding.

Few of their fans after the game said he was their number 2 keeper

Some good views of some of Killip's saves in the first half. He really was outstanding. The one from tanto was special, I thought goal then I thought he'd missed but that was some save. The one from paddy was immense too!

Few of their fans after the game said he was their number 2 keeper he's technically their number 1 but injurys means he's fallen to back up.

No, its his first game since the end of january because they brought in a loan keeper from leicester. His nickname at pools is flapper which showed well in that dissalowed goal. He may be a good shot stopper but no better than ben who i,d have expected to save what he did including the poor second penalty.

I said similar yesterday. Bit of an odd one. Glad I’m not the only one. Utterly bizarre. Glad this wasn,t just me as i thought i was going to get a bit of stick with my comment.

Slightly off topic but does anyone know any restrictions around accessibility for someone wanting to attend a match in crutches? Couple weeks back my lad had a really bad leg break. He has a full cast now and is desperate to still attend on Monday. Tried contacting the club directly but struggling to get a response. From a h&s perspective does anyone know if he would he still be ok to attend? Btw did you manage to get to get to the match then? just curious

I decided to buy a programme for this game and noticed on the back page that Hartlepool have 44 players listed as their squad as opposed to our 36. I’m sure there are youth players etc but given their supposed financial restraints that’s an enormous squad.

Not sure how many of them would have still been with the club at the time, three different managers during the season all brought in their own bunch and others fall out of favour. County had big squads during our various relegations, compare that to the ~21 we used in 18/19
