I went for ‘5 more games’ and…well Also all due credit to Wilson for whatever part he’s played in those 5 games. Seems like the Bailey signing in particular was more astute than most of us initially thought! I’m with Matbot in terms of it stinking of panic not planning after breaking the bank on Powell, but it’s paid off so fair enough. A classic case of damning him with faint praise. The guy can’t win.

You’re absolutely right he can’t. And I would say that believing the positive things he’s done for the club outweigh the negative things is a classic case of doublethink.

Hummm County is a roller coaster always has been I wonder what the poll would look like now I’m quite pleased that it was a relatively small minority who voted in favour of p45

We are fickle as a fanbase, Carlton was right about that despite the pelters we gave him for it at the time, his goal against Norwich and his setup for Hardiker stick in my mind more so now rather than the bad bits/majority.

Think fans of all clubs are fickle... had City fans at work moaning about pep last season when they lost at home v Brentford... 7 months later, they won the treble and everything was perfect.
