Unreserved seats would be best at all away games. The more noisey element always head for the part of the stand nearest home fans so no chance of getting your allocated seat if there and also when buying tickets the two/three people I travel with all buy their tickets separately so wouldn't be sat together anyway. Agree and would go one further by making all home game seats unreserved with stickers on seats for ST holders. That way fans would come in earlier than they do now to get the area of the stand they want. Not doing notts as last time we played em was a complete miserable away day due to the result, having to sit in someone elses seat and having to stand in the seated area throughout the game. Infact i left really early as i just had enough of the experiance.

Infact i left really early as i just had enough of the experiance. I much prefer unreserved seats at away games, that way I can find somewhere where I can both sit and see the game take place. As for making home games unreserved, I couldn't agree less. As things stand, my seat in UT5 is right on the cusp of those who stand all through the match and those, like me, who prefer to sit unless the action gets close to the Cheadle End goalmouth. Allowing non-ST supporters to roam about at will could upset this delicate balance and have us all stood up. This would upset me and many others who find standing for ninety minutes impossible and would also upset the council, who are already on the club's case about standing in seated areas.

Unreserved seating can only be sold at 90% of full capacity, so it's all academic when you're taking about games likely to sell out.

They have a massive side stand, wonder why they're not offering more?

Really bizarre considering they've only given us less than half the stand and the 1,976 allocation was "initial". Also plenty of time til the day of the match. Can't imagine it's because they've sold out across the rest of the stadium and are splitting the stand for Home/Away.

Gives us the chance to hopefully put this shambles to rest too.
Absolute state of this. So slow and ponderous and easy to play against.

Nice one, Steve.

Wrexham, Grimsby and 1 or 2 others received 3k or more Wrexham sell out every away game, and the others are close clubs (and had running trains)

Can't imagine it's because they've sold out across the rest of the stadium and are splitting the stand for Home/Away. This or are we reaping the "rewards" of limiting our away allocations to the bare minimum to maximise home sales? (Not saying our approach is incorrect, just you can't complain when faced with the reverse).
