Nothing to do with my experience but when i went to collect my tickets yesterday morning, their was a fella infront of me at the window and it took him about 10 minutes as the staff were saying his tickets had been cancelled and he was adamant that they hadn't and he didn't want them cancelled. Anyway in the end he got his tickets and the staff apologised and said there must have been a system error. The man said he understood that it wasn't their fault but i guess was panicking abit that he wasn't going to get his season tickets I always get nervous about the first home game of the season in case the marvellous ticket system has sold my seat to other people. We have had the same seats for 4 years, but that doesn’t alter my trepidation. I’ll settle down by 5:30 on Saturday (I hope) Me too. Not had an e mail saying its ready to collect and been away since Monday. Going to hopefully pick up tomorrow but I'm nervous something will have gone wrong.

Just as a follow up from my post earlier for any non-posters etc. I was at the fan forum so spoke to someone at the ticket office. They've asked me to email the club to look at sorting it. Hopefully won't need to pay for it as someone also mentioned at the forum that quite a few have had the same issue. Further follow up ! Ticket office have emailed back basically doubling down that I've selected e-ticket and as I've opened the confirmation email numerous time's then I'll need to pay. Not the end of the world obviously but frustrating that after numerous people have called them out on it they still don't want to admit there's a chance this isn't user error. Just checked my order confirmation. Says e-ticket even though I 1000% said physical, as I want my lad to have physical cards for every season. But then got an email this week saying my card is ready for collection. Or rather my four year old son got an email, it was addressed to him so f*ck knows what delights await me on Saturday.

Got the same email too saying my card was ready for collection but think i got a follow up one maybe a few hours later saying this was sent in error and i didn't need to collect it as 'I'd selected an e-ticket'

My only worry is although i was ultra careful in renewing something might have gone wrong and i have had an e ticket allocated that i physically am unable to use due to not having a mobile device to use.

What does your email receipt say? Says something about if i have ordered a physical ticket i,d have to pick it up at a future date. It does not say i have purchasd one though.

This whole thing reminds me of the Post Office Horizon scandel.Complain about the system only to be told it's your fault and no-one else has had any problems. Obviously not as serious,but annoying none the less.

I got told I'd been issued with a metaphysical ticket - a ticket of the mind, if you will.
Apparently I just have to walk up to the turnstiles, wave my hand "Jedi style" at the operator and tell them they don't need to see it.

Do not want more problems on saturday and just want to roll up early and obtain something i paid for months ago. Not too much to ask for someone who has never given the club any problems in over 60 years thats closing in on 65.

At the time of ordering I noticed my email stated "E-Ticket". I called the ticket office straight away who were great and they changed to an actual card. Been today to collect those and Blackpool tickets, queue of around 5 and when I'd left the club shop that had grown double. Excited for tomorrow now!

Went to collect my season tickets today to find out I have also been issued an e ticket when I wanted the physical card. Looking at a tenner to request this now but we have 3x holders.
Absolute joke, seen there are plenty of others in the same boat but what beggars belief is if there are so many instances of people getting e tickets when wanting physical, it's clearly - AGAIN - a fcuk up on the system. I would understand being charged if there are a handful or so but the lady at the office said she's had loads of the same issues from others.
It's becoming frustrating all of the ticketing fiascos happening in such a small space of time atm

So many people seem to having the same issue!!?? tickets@stockportcounty.com Definitely a glitch on the system I know I asked for a physical ticket, I emailed the club on the 26th June saying that I had been sent an eticket when I requested the physical Tuesday no physical ticket showed them the email I sent and they asked me to send the original email again and they will waive the £10 fee.
