Does anyone have the email address for the ticket office? I selected for a physical season ticket but have been issued an E ticket. So many people seem to having the same issue!!?? tickets@stockportcounty.com Definitely a glitch on the system I know I asked for a physical ticket, I emailed the club on the 26th June saying that I had been sent an eticket when I requested the physical Tuesday no physical ticket showed them the email I sent and they asked me to send the original email again and they will waive the £10 fee. Said it earlier in this thread, the Coop should be following up on this on behalf of its members/fan base. Just too many issues for it to be a mistake by so many individuals and the club seem to be hiding behind the confirmation e-mails.

If you actually selected e-ticket did you also get the email advising your season ticket is ready to collect?
Just wondering if the real mailing list of people who selected physical ticket didn’t “incorrectly” receive that email but it was the order confirmation that was wrong.

Also has anyone had an issue with adding to Google Wallet? When I get to the bit where I put my email address in to add it, I just get "order email not valid".
One normal day of ticketing at the club, that's all I ask.

We have 4 tickets and gave the club 4 e-mail addresses(one for each person), from memory I think only the main account allowed for the tickets to be added to the wallet.

I do not say things like that lightly. There was a PDF with QR code sent with the order so I think that will suffice. I do want a physical ticket though so will work on that over the next week or so.

One for me and one for my daughter. The only email address they have I think is mine. So not sure what's going on.

Got to the ticket office about 3pm. Received my card without any problems. This should be the case but you cannot rest at County regarding tickets until you have got them in your hand. Will take a long while before fans trust the club in this regard.

Which is rubbish, and I'm afraid he probably knows that. I only got a physical ticket after noticing my confirmation email was incorrect and went to the cabin to get it corrected. I've read on here a good number had the same experience.

I don’t buy his line I’m afraid. There’s loads on here who are adamant that they selected a physical ticket and most if not all of them are people who buy tickets online on a regular basis so unlikely to be making a simple error. I asked on what I saw at the ticket office last Wednesday there’s a lot more who probably dont post on here who were similarly affected. Tom Mahon is saying all of those are wrong and there’s on issue with the system despite all of the known problems it is had. I’d to this with the point that a number of people who are also receiving e-mails to their e-mail address as the lead booker but with actual e-mail addresses to a linked ticket holder, that in itself suggests there are still problems in the system somewhere.
