...does that make sense? Anyway, for me (in a totally random order) Gleeson - Wycombe Armstrong - Everton (home) Preece - QPR Helliwell - Everton (away) Flynn - Blackburn Dinning - City Hardiker - City Cook - City Angell - Chesterfield Francis - Burnley Beaumont - York (play offs) Ward - Stoke Gannon - Burnley (autoglass) Mutch - Burnley (league, home)
Any more?

Jeffers - Carlisle (League, Boxing Day and it was freezing) Kiko Charana - Doncaster (Autoglass with about 40 of us) Cavaco - West Ham (League Cup, Away) Paul Ware - (Carlisle, Goal of the Season)

In recent years, Tommy Rowe both for Peterborough and Rotherham away. Probably the best two away games that year.

Going to games like CB1883 mentions above were brilliant. We knew we were gonna get a win away from home. The atmosphere's would be brilliant. We'd take loads. It was just a great time to be a County fan IMHO. Whether that's an age thing as I wasn't really old enough to be going each week during the mid/late 90's I don't know, it was just ace looking forward to each game. Also going to places like Leyton Orient and stuffing them 3-1. Going to Hereford and MK Dons away in the space of a week and beating them both. A few of us were talking about this a few weeks ago, we don't even ask for much; we don't ask to win the Champions League and the F.A cup, we just want to be playing at a half decent level playing the likes of teams mentioned above.

Rotherham were flying as well when we beat them. Everyone else in the league was probably expecting us to lose and we tore them apart all game.
I had completely forgotten about the Leyton Orient game. I somehow managed to miss all 3 goals. Wonder if that's ever been done before?

Michael Raines vs Oldham at home. One of my favourite home games in the last 10 years, possibly ever. Lobbing the keeper to make it 3-1. Oh I'm getting goosebumps.

Peter Clarke - Fulham at home. Remember that mazy run through an entire future Premier League midfield and defense?
Ian Moore - Wolves at home. He was named on the bench as he arrived at EP just before halftime, was it Boxing Day? Came on, scored a free kick, we won 3-2, Wolves fans moaning about 'losing to the teams like this' on the way down Mercian Way was priceless!

from a player who won't ever be included in a 'Greatest Ever' team, Titus Bramble v Walsall in the 9 in a row run is surely worth a mention.
