I see the top tier haven’t been replaced as you can see all the old season ticket stickers on them. Are these being done as well?

I'd guess not as they're much more sheltered from the weather

For a second on the team photo I thought the F was still too short so pleased to see it’s not. Looks great

Not only has the F been moved one seat to the (stage) right, it's also been widened by one seat. Previously( 1, 2) 7 seats from the left, 9 seats wide & 10 from the right, it's now ( 1) 8 from the left, 10 seats wide and 8 from the right. (saddo & proud of it) Top anorak action there...!

I see the top tier haven’t been replaced as you can see all the old season ticket stickers on them. Are these being done as well? Well... on 22 June 2021 the club posted pictures of the work starting, and said:
"...All 5180 seats in the Cheadle End are also set to be replaced (and recycled) with brand new seats...!"
Leaving aside the question of exactly how many seats there are in the CE (the anti-bird netting firm seemed to think it was about 5045, as I recall) the above statement by the club suggests to me that all the seats have been (or will be) replaced.
Not sure where " and recycled" comes into it, though, unless that means patching up broken upper tier seats with the best surviving ones from the lower tier? But if that is in fact the case, could the plan be to eventually put proper safe standing in the upper tier? Who knows? It could yet happen!
The simplest thing, of course, would be for someone from the club to clear this up once and for all... or failing that for someone attending the Family Fun Day this Saturday to check out the situation on the upper tier and post their findings on here?

If the top tier haven't been replaced ( after investigation on Saturday) Maybe just maybe a solid campaign to get rail seats fitted could be started They could be managed easily because they would be separate to the rest of the stand....... the atmosphere would be brilliant and they would be safe I hope the club use the opportunity to at least explore the possibility

Imagine that’s what they meant with the pop side too, but either way, both looked brilliant.

The recycled could just refer to the plastic and metal being recycled, rather than the seats as seats. It certainly reads to me like ever seat being replaced... and materials recycled.

Also staying afterwards too, I think it’s great when clubs open up the concourses again and let fans mingle and have a chat. Underneath the CE is a great area to host something like that. Not a hard choice between sitting in traffic or grabbing a beer. Absolutely! Remember when the players used to go into the Supporters Club under the CE after games to meet fans and then go through to the players lounge? That should be a big thing to bring back as we grow and attract more fans, especially younger fans! that is a really good idea. far more likely, especially after a win, that people will hang around after games than arriving early. think accrington do a happy hour post match thing with cheap beer offers when they win.

Anyone else notice loose seat backs in the Cheadle end? Where we were in LT2 there were lots where the bolts had been fitted and the nuts just screwed on finger tight. Maybe they'll be tightened up at the same time the numbers are added??

Yep, all of the ones near us were loose and some even had no nuts. Fnarr. My son leaned back slightly and the seat almost came away because it wasn't properly attached.
They'll last five minutes unless someone takes responsibility for it and gets it fixed.
Got to welcome them smartening things up but it's pointless if it's done in a half arsed way.
