Brilliant news if it's true! But why on earth is it not being publicised by the club??

This sort of activity, like whatever it is that has apparently been done in the Cheadle End, should surely be publicised more widely.... on the club website? Or Twitter feed?
Keeps people interested, stimulates discussion and is not exactly the sort of stuff you'd want to embargo news on. (Or is it?!)
Think the last 2 posts above make the point!
Much more fun for people to get a kick out of leaking though, isn't it?

Bit weird that they haven't publicized it, but criticising the club at the moment feels a bit churlish. We've waited forever for good things to happen and they seem to be happening all at once now.
Please please please can covid just f*ck off so we can all look forward to next season

Sale sharks have deffo moved into carrington the City/Bury site, Sale Rugby are still in sale sharks old site so this must cast doubt on moving to carrington The land at Manor farm looks like it is up for development So the question is where are the club going to go requarding a full time training ground?

I heard that they were completely changing the concourse under the CE. Instead of mile long queues there would be loads of little outlets. For example; Burger stand - burgers and soft drinks, Pie Stand - pies, mash, gravy, peas etc. Sweet stands, bars etc. I think that's much better the what we had last year but to be fair, it couldn't have been worse! Thats great news if its true. Lapsed fans will be back soon and we'll attract new ones, not having to queue for the whole of half time for terrible food will help us keep them coming.

Nowhere fast seems to be the answer at the moment. Which would be very concerning, not least because using EP itself for training (as reported earlier) is not the best thing for the condition of the pitch long-term.

If the pitch is knackered we can have a load of games called off and be awarded a play off place.

Or at least the home changing rooms are anyway. Good to hear but I guess until more major wrk is done they won’t be able to be increased in size as they are on the small side. I remember back in the Colin Murphy days he had us “do up” the referees room and add in a few little luxuries (A kettle and a TV !)as he thought if we treated them well they were more likely to look favourably on their hosts. Back in those days things were very basic.

Not sure we have the space for that. IMO what is/was needed is a better catering franchise with a post office type queuing system, as it’s been before you could never work out which was the best way to queue up.

A proper training facility is top of my wish list at the moment. We really need it to grow as a full time team.

[br I don’t think we need to be too concerned, to date these new owners seem to have a plan as to what needs doing and I’m sure it’s high on their radar.

Could they split the old city/bury facilities in two and have two clubs training there? I'm guessing it's a big facility
