In your post you ask why Hussey wasn't playing LCB today (correct me if I'm wrong) if that's the case then its probably because he's at the latter end of his career and therefore can't play 3 games in a week. Let's not be one of these clubs that change manager after a bad run of form, let's instead back the man who transformed our season last year rather than jump on his back at the first opportunity we get. Or he is cup tied as he played for Port Vale against us in this competition NO EXCUSE CHALLINOR MUST GO NOW ETC

No, I was right about a month ago; but I take no pleasure whatsoever from that (which is unusual for me because I am not one of those people who hates to say I told you so😂) I wanted him to wake the f*ck up In your post you ask why Hussey wasn't playing LCB today (correct me if I'm wrong) if that's the case then its probably because he's at the latter end of his career and therefore can't play 3 games in a week. Not just that but would Hussey not be cup tied?

Ignoring every other factor and looking purely at records… Rusk was sacked after 12 league games, having W5 D2 L5. Under Challinor we have P9 W2 D2 L5. Even if we win our next 3 we’re only equal to where we were last year (see my first sentence before pointing out we’re a league higher). A couple of dire defeats/performances and I think he’s gone unfortunately. I don’t want him out by any stretch by the way. I think he can and will turn this around if he’s still here. I would say at the start of last season the goal was to be champions whereas this year minimum aim was top 7. DC of course has a promotion in the bank with us and Rusk had nada.

It appears just like before, last orders at the bar for Chally. Incredibly sad it hasn’t worked and I like Dave a lot but the club will be right in realising we need experience at this level. He’s not quite ready but I hope one day he will.
Also keeps alive the dream of play offs as it isn’t that far away when you look at the points. Businessmen have plans and like to stick to them. I’d probably be patient and take a 16th finish and a cup run if possible but it ain’t my money.
Good luck Dave.

Also if DC left nobody comes to mind as a potential replacement.

If he doesn’t win all of the next 3 (likely) then he’ll be behind where Rusk was last year. Different goals as you say but we could be just as far behind Top 7 as we were top spot. Like I said, this is ignoring all other factors like league and credit in the bank. Stott strikes me as the kind of person who will look at it in isolation and judge that we’re miles off the expected goal for this season and that’s what will make his mind up. All guesswork on my part, admittedly!

We’ve already got multiple threads on DC. Don’t need another.
Merging into Dave’s.

We have been wank for the best part of six months I’ve lost count (and the motivation to keep checking tbh) but that is approximately the fourteenth loss out of twenty three games It’s just not good enough I agree about the last six months . but I'd still give him until the end of November
