Atmosphere is always flatter without the drum..Same at Wimbledon...Walsall away struggled at times but admitedlly did pick up a fair bit...We were cruising at Hartlepool and the atmosphere was decent all the way through...Main difference the drum was there..I think from memory, the drum wasnt in for Grimsby home and that was flat as well. The drum makes plenty of noise but is also the reason we drone on with generic der der der songs all game. I’m not anti-drum at all, it’s more the songs we choose to sing when it’s there.

I’m not a drum fan, but if there is one the lad on the pop has the right idea, he joins in rather than thinking it’s all about him. Just because you’ve got a drum and a stick doesn’t mean you have to bang it constantly

Its not bad when the only gripe from a game is the atmosphere. It doesn,t seem that long ago we were taling about away defeats and which player wasn,t fit to wear the shirt.

Yes, thankfully not loud, and not really needed, but the kid’s enthusiastic so fair play to him

Cracking result and great to see Tanto get his first goal. Was worried when they pulled one back but the 3rd goal seemed to kill them off. Thought their #10 had a pretty good game, caused a few problems and looked lively. on loan from Southampton Yep, only 20 too.

Was good to have a 'proper' look at Tanto today. Thought he was very good all round, and brought a lot to the team. He'll be a major asset in the business end of the season. Having no Paddy would have normally been a concern, but I was really excited for Tanto, was willing the lad to score and was delighted when he did. Love Paddy to bits and hope he’s back ASAP, but if having Tanto available also reduces our reliance on Paddy when he’s not available (such as now), then that’s a really encouraging thought.

I hope you're right Matty, when you consider how good a finisher he is it makes me at least wonder how he'd perform as a striker, I wouldn't change him now as he's too important to us as a midfielder but he's such a natural and clinical finisher.

Yeah, only watched on the stream but it was noticeable how much quicker Stretton was compared to any of our other players. Great option to play off Woots late on.
