It's because the login page was at the bottom of the screen. You filled the form out, selecting physical ticket. You then click on login and it reset the answer to e-ticket.
It was 100% a technical issue and it's poor of them to pretend otherwise.

I ended up removing the pass from my wallet altogether and adding it again from my email. The pass in the wallet now has the date of 10th May 2025 so think it should be sorted now. Could catch a few people out at the turnstile at the Bristol Rovers game though. I hadn’t even noticed mine had expired! I’ve just done this and it worked. Thanks

Not sure if it is browser specific but took me 3 attempts to get it to actually show posted.

Had the same issue tonight. Went early to pick up season ticket.
Women behind counter had attitude from start and said i need the order number which i dont have. I delete mails fairly quickly... Can you search on name i said. No was the response.
After 10 mins of searching on my phone in the rain, i went back and told her i cant find the order number. She asked for my name and looked it up... Which she could have done in the first place... Only to be told i hadnt ordered a physical season ticket card.
By this time, i just walked away cause i knew others had this issue and i wasnt paying £10. Not the end of the world for me however the customer service was shocking.
Im hearing that when the new ticket office is finished, all these problems will disappear however staff who have attitude need a better "bed side manner"

It’s not just one or two, there’s plenty on here and elsewhere who have ordered a physical ticket and not got one. The ticketing system is a disgrace, everyone knows that, this is just another f*ck up in a long line of them. Generally the ticket office staff are sound, I’ve had a great experience this week with them sorting me out with my Blackpool conundrum, but they’ve got this e-ticket/physical ticket thing badly wrong.

Re-downloaded the season ticket with the corrected end date… and delighted to see they’ve added the club badge to the wallet tab. Small things cheer me up. I’m getting more irrational as I get older 😜

You’d think if it was just a small number that the club would cover the cost of the £10’s for a physical ticket, the fact they aren’t suggests it’s either a bigger number than they are willing to admit or their scoring a spectacular own goal in terms of goodwill. Quite surprised by the Coops take on it too, when Red Hatter mentioned it a few days ago he seemed to take Tom Mahons line on it from an informal discussion with him at face value.

You could have helped her by keeping hold of your order number that you knew you'd need, given that the ticket office always ask for it, but you decided not to.
